Victoria Goss is an established business that is now in its sixteenth year of trading.  Originally based in a small blue shop in Holt, North Norfolk, see photo above,  I now only trade online and at very occasional pop ups.

Trading online is very different to having a bricks and mortar premises and its more difficult for customers to trust in a virtual shop as there are so many dodgy websites selling inferior products so I know it can be hard to decide which ones are genuine and honest.. Women in particular like to feel the fabric of a garment and try it on before they buy and neither of these is possible with an online business.  However, as I know this is a potential problem and I dont want you to be disappointed with your purchase I try to describe each item accurately, with several photos and in the event that it is not as you expected I offer a quibble free returns policy.

Customer reviews are always useful to establish if a website is offering a good and reliable service and I have reviews from customers both on my website and on Trustpilot to reassure you that as others have been pleased with the service and goods they have received so too will you be.

Recently Victoria Goss was awarded Nightwear Retailer of the Year 2024 by Luxlife, an accolade that I am extremely proud to have received.  In addition, Luxlife gave a Customer Service Excellence Award to me in recognition of the number of good reviews Victoria Goss has received and the focus of the business in ensuring customer satisfaction.
